Eunice Arvelo

Eunice Arvelo has over 35 years of experience in administrative, financial and accounting services. Her experience includes administrating funds in excess of 50 million dollars, overseeing the entire financial operation of one of Puerto Rico’s largest municipalities, advising the Puerto Rico Teacher’s Retirement Fund, supervising hundreds of employees and interfacing with numerous municipal, state and federal entities on financial related activities.

In 2011, she was nominated to the highest public service award for her accomplishments in identifying millions of dollars in additional revenues for government. In 2001, she became deputy women’s advocate in charge of administration for the Women’s Advocate office of Puerto Rico. During her tenure she was responsible for managing and distributing millions of dollars in federal and state grant monies to non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Ms. Arvelo currently oversees numerous NGO financial and administrative operations, advises clients on tax advantages and represents claims for clients in the Internal Revenue Service and the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury.

Ms. Arvelo graduated with a dual concentration in Statistics and Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
